Believe it or not, but it’s difficult to earn money through either of the sites.
If you’re looking for legitimate ways to make some extra money online without having to first purchase an in-depth training course (which always seems to cost $97) about how to make money online, then you’re in the right place! Here some options:
Start an e-commerce Site and Sell Physical Products
If finding a better solution to a problem hundreds or thousands of people have doesn’t seem like an option, you might be better off setting up a virtual shop and selling physical items. These days, this couldn’t be easier. Sites like Shopify have made it easier than ever to build a customizable, powerful e-commerce site in a weekend and start selling products now.
This is probably one of the oldest and most time-tested ways of making money online. Plenty of digital entrepreneurs have created sustainable businesses by either:
- Creating physical products they know people in their niche will love
- Purchasing low-cost goods manufactured in foreign countries, repackaging or combining them with other products, and selling them for higher prices on domestic online marketplaces
While you’ll have higher levels of success if you can nail creating and marketing your own unique product, from my experience (and that of many other entrepreneurs), I know the high costs and risk associated with starting a product-based business.
Also, find the right manufacturer, the right product for your target audience and make sure you have short delivery times, otherwise your customers will complain and ask for refunds. The more orders you get, the more customer service you will have to deal with.
Become a High-Paid Remote Freelancer
Remote jobs are in high demand these days. If you have digital skills, you can get started with a high paying freelance career online.
Step one is to sign up to Flex jobs to instantly find remote jobs that you can perform.
Once you sign up, you can view their remote job boards across all kinds of industries. No matter your experience level or industry background, there are plenty of remote freelancing jobs on Flexjobs, Upwork, Amazon Mechanical Turk. And you need not stop there. Why not leverage your remote freelance work to start your own remote business? For instance, you can build a company of virtual assistants and use job boards to recruit clients. You can even gain all the advantages of running your own company without launching an independent business.
These freelance sites enable people to make a full-time income online without having to search for clients. And the jobs available cover a broad range, including graphic design, logo design, web design, infographics, voiceovers, and more. When you first sign up, get some experience and reviews so you can compete with others offering similar services. It can take some time before you rank up your profile and get more regular work.
This is a great way to make money. No doubt about it. And you can do it with a minimum investment of money, but you will have to trade time. For you to get an affiliate commission, have traffic (customers), direct them to your offers (affiliate products) and when they sign up or purchase that offer, you get the commission, also known as affiliate commission. You can use either free traffic or paid methods to drive traffic.
Quora could be considered easy because all you need to do is being invited to the QPP and ask questions. The thing is a lot of questions don’t earn money or just earn a few cents. It takes quality questions for it to be worth anything. Plus, you need to reach the threshold before you even get paid. Also, it’s not up to us. It’s up to the company.
The money I make from here helps me a lot. Not enough to not have a real job, but still it helps me a good amount.
YouTube is a different monster. That money takes a lot more work. My friend has been a YouTuber for about 5 years and has 1.3K subs. He hit the mark to get paid, but he wouldn’t/gets nothing. He doesn’t get enough views. Trust me, being a YouTuber is a hell of a lot of work. No easy money there.
